The FLEX PAGE package provides a webpage that will serve as the basis for your virtual or hybrid event. We’ll set up the page to include adaptation of logos and colours, embedding videos and streams, embedding chats and voting, and we’ll take care of the web hosting.

Package 2 - Web Conference

Suitable for 2 to 6 in-person participants, the web conference package is an ideal addition to our basic boardroom flat rate. With a setup supported by the technology already included in the conference flat rate, this package offers equipment and handling that will make your conference a breeze.

This package includes a laptop, USB web camera, pivotable, including microphone and speaker, Lenovo ThinkPad E580 i7 CTO presentation laptop, Professional USB conference camera, installation of free software, set up and dismantling of equipment, and transportation and set up.

Package 3 - Live Streaming

Our live streaming package will allow you to broadcast your event to other locations, no matter how close or far. Like all of our tech services, this package is supported by the equipment provided from the conference flat rate. Fully adjustable with professional equipment at your disposal, live streaming with us will be effortless for you.

This package includes:

Professional camera; Streaming hardware and software, including streaming server for up to 400 participants; Preview screen; Image editing; Set up, dismantling, and support throughout; Transport of equipment.

Package 4 - Video Conference

Connect to the world in real-time with video conferencing. This package links multiple venues together with your choice of the best virtual meeting software – from MS-Teams and Webex to Bluejeans, Zoom and more. And provides the ability to interface with conference topics via a web application. You can combine it with Package 01 for a seamless experience, and as always, the technology used here is fully supported by the equipment from our conference flat rates.

Expect a professional camera, streaming hardware and software for up to 400 participants, preview screen, image editing, set up, dismantling, support throughout, and equipment transport.
