Doing good for a better tomorrow: FIBONA GmbH once again organized Green Week at all hotel locations with local partners and campaigns
Strong together for a better tomorrow - on the occasion of the international Earth Day on April 22, FIBONA GmbH once again organized its major sustainability campaign “Green Week”. The LÉGÈRE HOTELGROUP took part with all six LÉGÈRE HOTEL and LÉGÈRE EXPRESS locations in Germany and organized local activities together with selected partners from the respective region to set an example for a better tomorrow. These included cooking together with refugee families in Bielefeld, serving food at the Wärmestube in Tuttlingen, distributing healthy lunch boxes for children at the Grundschule am Schwemmbach elementary school in Erfurt and creative handicrafts with families at the Ronald McDonald House in Leipzig. The active support of all LÉGÈRE HOTELGROUP hotels once again underlined the great commitment of hotel employees who are committed to their regions and people, as the local campaigns were a complete success for everyone involved. The “Green Week” series concluded with a major planting event on April 27 in the Hinterlandswald forest in the Rhine-Main region, where a total of 300 tree saplings were planted as part of the #légèresprössling sustainability project in order to reforest the local Hinterlandswald forest.
