Room was perfect, but the service in bar and breakfast was not what we expected
The breakfast on Saturday was until 12.00 hrs we were there on 9.30 and there was no more bread (to cut slices). Was not available as they told us. The staff in the bar approached us in the evening that we had to sign a bill because we left in the afternoon without signing. But we didn’t were in the bar that afternoon. It would be better that they look themselves after people they serve drinks to. They are more interested in groups of people. Most people of the staff was not very friendly.

Ich hatte geschäftlich in Luxemburg zu tun und mir wurde dieses Hotel empfohlen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut, daß Frühstückbuffet war umfangreich und vielfältig. Gereinigt wird das Zimmer aus Umweltschutzgründen nur alles 2 Tage, was okay ist. Durch das Thema Sauna, gibt es einen Punktabzug. Die Sauna ist zwar bis 23 Uhr geöffnet, aber wenn zwei von den 3 Saunen nicht funktionieren (Dampfbad und Infrarotsauna defekt) und in der normalen Sauna kein Licht geht und du dann im Dunkeln drin sitzt, dann ist das kein wirklich schönes Saunaerlebnis.

Das Angebot ist ausbaufähig
Wir waren 4 Personen zum Städtetrip da. Personal gibt sich Mühe. Essen nicht gewürzt, angeblich wäre es so in Luxemburg. In der Stadt ist das Essen allerdings gewürzt. Frühstücksbüffet ist nicht 4* , sehr einfach gehalten. Sauberkeit ist auch ausbaufähig.

Wir haben uns für unseren Kurzurlaub in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ambiente, das Essen und der Service war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
